Julia was born Pilushka in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Kamchatka. After graduating from high school in 2005, she went to St. Petersburg to study economics and law at the Institute of Foreign Economic Relations. In 2011, she graduated in counseling and organizational psychology. Julia, though reputed to be a hooligan as a child, was a kind and sincere child loving animals and pulling homeless kittens and puppies home.
